- Our trainers are college degreed and highly educated. We have sought out and obtained the best education and experiences to help us achieve our foremost goal…effectively helping you be healthy inside and out.
- Out of about 250 personal training certifications in the United States, our trainers have the three most prestigious and rigorous certifications: NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), and The Chek Institute.
- We use only research-based, scientific training methods.
- We are passionate and we care. Our caring and experience shows in our personalities and in our interaction with every client.
- We choose to serve as models for healthy living. We consistently do the things we ask you to do! We are real people just like you with families, careers, and full lives, and we don’t just tell you what you should do; we walk the walk. We won’t ask you to do or spend your money on anything we don’t fully believe in and practice in our own lives.
